If your order and payment arrive before 12:00 in each weekday excluding public holidays, and the items included in your order are in stock, your order will be shipped the same day. Orders and payments arriving after 12:00 will be shipped the next day.
All consignments are carefully and robustly packed in order to minimise any risk of damage during transit and large shipments are often palletised and lm-wrapped.

Deliveries can occasionally be delayed by severe weather conditions.
In the event of any delivery failure our liability is limited to reimbursement of the delivery charge only.
All prices shown are in EUR, excluding VAT and surcharges and are based on the base rate for up to 31kg. Pricing and delivery times are for guidance only. Errors and omissions excepted. Timed services are only available to limited destinations.
VAT is chargeable on all sales within the Netherlands irrespective of the payment method and VAT status.
VAT is not charged on EU sales to Non-NL based EU customers who are registered for VAT and provide a valid VAT registration number at the point of sale. This can be done on-line during the checkout process or by sending your VAT registration number to our sales team at email@example.com or updating your customer profile online.

SALES TO COUNTRIES OUTSIDE THE EU
Sales to non-EU customers where the delivery is outside the EU are exempt from VAT charges and will include a full commercial invoice to aid customs clearance on importation to the destination country.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase from Vibesta, so please take a moment to read and understand our returns policy.
If you decide that you do not want an item purchased from us you can return it to us for a refund provided it is returned within 14 calendar days from delivery in new and unused condition, complete with all original and undamaged manufacturer packaging and documentation.
Any claim for missing items or transit damage must be notified to F&V within 24 hours of delivery as beyond that time we have no recourse with our carriers.
You have the option of exchanging the item(s) or receiving a refund for the full amount of the original purchase price. Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment method as used for the purchase. If payment was made by credit card, once we receive the returned item we will credit your account, however please allow 7-10 days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement (This is not because we are withholding your money but because credit card companies can be slow to acknowledge refunds).
Please read all RETURN CONDITIONS below because if all conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse the return of items or to charge a re-stocking fee of 25%:
1. All returned or exchanged items must be unused and in new condition, in their original packaging, and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories. (Items with timers must show zero use. Items with shutter counters must show zero shutter releases).
2. Defective items may be repaired or exchanged at our discretion for the same model or manufacturer's equivalent model.
3. RMA numbers are valid for 7 calendar days.
4. Vibesta is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any goods purchased from us - Our liability is limited to the monetary value of the goods only.
1. Shrink-wrapped, blister-packed or any items supplied in factory-sealed packaging.
2. All consumable items (e.g; batteries, tape stock, adhesive tapes, lamps (bulbs), blank media etc...) once unwrapped.
3. Computer Software and Hardware once unwrapped.
4. Special Order items.
5. Vibesta gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash.
RETURN / EXCHANGE PROCEDURE
1 In order to return an item you need to first obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number. To request an RMA number on-line please use the following link.
2 Always place the original package into a suitable shipping carton.
3 Do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer’s packaging, as this would render the item damaged and non-returnable.
4 The RMA number must be clearly written on the outer box. If you received an RMA label via e-mail print the label and tape it to the outside of the carton.
5 Ship via insured ground service with a tracking number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

BANK WIRE TRANSFER
You can conveniently pay by bank wire transfer in Euro to our bank account. Simply choose the 'payment by bank wire transfer' during checkout and you will be automatically e-mailed a pro-forma invoice and our bank details. Orders paid for by bank wire transfer are shipped immediately upon receipt and confirmation of irrevocably cleared funds in our account.

By placing and paying your order, we are obligated to ship the goods. We will do so the same working day when we received your payment before noon, the next working day when we received your payment later. When you have placed and paid an order and we are not able to ship it within 30 days, you have the right to cancel your payment. Vibesta will always inform you about deliverytimes when goods are out of stock.
